Brindisa is a specialist importer of Spanish foods and ingredients, supplying both trade and public with artisan cheeses, mountain cured hams and more.
It was voted 'Best Retailer' in the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2006.
They have 2 retail outlets in London, at Borough Market and Clerkenwell, along with a Tapas bar on the city's Southwark St.
